To make an appoinment

Contact the surgery on 01748 833904.  We offer appointments which can be booked up to a month ahead as well as appointments for patients who need to be seen on the day.

Appointments on the day

We offer two different options.  You can make an appointment to see a GP/ANP. In addition we also offer telephone consultations as many problems can be dealt with over the phone.  If during the telephone consultation it is felt you need to be seen we keep some appointments available so you can still be seen on the day.

Routine and other appointments

You can book routine appointments in advance with GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioner, Practice Nurses, HCA and Phlebotomists. 

Home visit

We prefer to see patients whenever possible in the surgery as we then have all the facilities available.  Howevere where a patient cannot attend the surgery for medical reasons we will see them at home. If you feel you need a home visit please let us know as soon as possible and a GP / ANP will call you back to assess the situation.  

Remember: your doctor can usually see several patients at the surgery in the time that it takes to make a single house call. 

You can HELP us!

Please be on time for your appointment by arriving a few minutes beforehand. If you are more than 5 minutes late for your appointment, you may not be seen. 

Cancelling appointments

If you need to cancel an appointment, please let us known as soon as possible by ringing 01748 837128 (answering machine available 24 hours). You can also cancel any appointment online via your online account.
