If you are planning a trip abroad contact the surgery for advice about any vaccinations youi may need.

 

Some vaccines require a special order and may take a few days to arrive.

 

Please be aware there may be a charge for some vaccines which are payable in advance.

Are you eligible?

 

Do you have a Chronic Disease such as Diabetes or COPD?

Are you aged over 65 years?

Are you currently pregnant?

Have you had your spleen removed?

Are you currently undergoing Radiotherapy/Chemotherapy?

 

If you have answered ‘yes’ to any of the above – you may be entitled to a seasonal flu vaccination.
