Good bye Dr Peter Chan

 

Sadly we must inform all of our patients that Dr Chan is leaving the Practice at the end of July 2012. 

 

Dr Chan is moving onto a new Practice to gain some more GP experience.

 

Dr Chan will be missed by staff and patients alike.  We would like to wish Dr Chan all the best for the future and remind him to keep in touch.
